Robert Sorby TurnMaster Round Cutter - High Speed Steel (HSS)

This is a general purpose cutter for the rapid removal of material inside and outside bowls and hollow forms. It works equally efficiently on spindle work. Manufactured with the highest quality high speed steel, this cutter will provide excellent endurance with incredible sharpness.

Switch the TurnMaster into shear scraping mode and this cutter also delivers an extremely fine finish that requires little or no sanding.

Sharpening:

Use a diamond file or honing stone across the top face. To gain best results and increase the longevity of the cutter this simple procedure should be done little and often.

Use the TurnMaster cutter holder to reshape the profile on the Robert Sorby ProEdge using a zirconium or ceramic belt or on a grinding wheel using a standard abrasive material.
