KMS Tools & Equipment is looking for a retail leader to support the staff and manager in our Abbotsford location. The assistant manager will oversee merchandising, sales initiatives, inventory management and perform administrative functions. You will work directly with our team on the floor and train, evaluate and reward staff in partnership with the branch manager.

To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes productivity. Top applicants are dedicated, competent, and have strong leadership skills. Knowledge of tools and equipment and or their uses and distribution would be preferred but is not required.

Job Responsibilities:
